The story behind the work

I built the room I once needed and couldn't find.

Where it begins

I was born and raised in Navojoa, in Sonora, Mexico — the place that still lives at the root of how I understand belonging, family, and home. I studied psychology there, and from early on the work that called me was always the same: being with people in their hardest moments.

I accompanied therapeutic processes, led talks on the prevention of violence and addiction, and walked alongside women moving through violence and other vulnerable circumstances. For years, I was the one who held the space for everyone else. I loved that work. I didn't yet know how much of what I was holding had nowhere to go.

The breaking point

Then I moved to Boston. It became one of the most defining chapters of my life. Leaving my country and everything I knew opened a season of profound solitude — a kind of quiet I had never lived inside of before.

At first it was a challenge — disorienting, lonely, far from everything familiar. But that solitude, the very thing I would have avoided if I could, slowly became one of the greatest teachers I have ever had.

The epiphany

In that silence, I learned to be with myself — to listen, and to find calm inside the quiet instead of running from it. A deep transformation began. I started releasing people, possessions, and the ideas I had carried about who I was supposed to be.

I began to question everything — how I was living, how I related to others, the decisions I made, the places I went. For a while I lived almost like a retreat: long stretches of silence, contemplation, and meditation, turning down the outside noise so I could finally hear my inner world with clarity.

And in that stillness, something opened. I began to feel the deep connection between people, nature, and life itself. My understanding of suffering, of growth, of the slow awakening of consciousness — all of it started to expand. I wasn't thinking my way toward it. I was remembering it.

From experience to path

Without planning it, people began to come to me — looking for a space where they could feel heard, held, and accompanied. What started spontaneously became something much clearer: a calling. My training in psychology and my years of accompanying others met the practices that had transformed me — Reiki, meditation, and sacred cacao ceremony — and a way of working began to take shape.

Working with clients, I noticed the same thing again and again: a single session helped someone feel better; a structured sequence helped them actually change. So I shaped what I do into a deliberate four-phase path — Ground, Clear, Open, Integrate. That path became the Sacred Alignment Method, and it is the spine of everything I offer.

The mission

I believe each person has their own rhythm, their own story, and their own path. I don't believe there is a single way to remember who you are, to reconnect with your essence, and to inhabit yourself again more honestly. So I don't hand anyone a formula. I walk beside them.

I've come to trust that this work isn't about becoming someone different. It's about remembering who we already are. Beneath the experiences, the wounds, and the conditioning, there is a part of us that stays intact — whole, wise, and complete. My intention is to accompany you back to that place that has been there all along.

I work especially with women who hold everything for everyone, with people living far from home in every sense of the word, and with anyone who has done the inner work and still feels the weight. In English y en español — virtually and in person, from Boston.
