Nature of services
Denisse Camacho offers complementary spiritual and energetic support — Reiki, shamanic energy work, and ceremonial practices. These services are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. See the full Healing Disclaimer.
Booking & payment
Sessions are confirmed upon payment (for fixed-price services) or upon mutual confirmation after application (for the Journey). Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time. Within 24 hours of the session, payments are non-refundable but may be applied once to a rescheduled time. Circle seats may be transferred to a future circle up to 24 hours in advance. Journey deposits are refundable before the first session and applied to the total thereafter; payment-plan terms are confirmed in writing on the discovery call.
Your responsibility
You agree to share relevant context honestly, to remain under the care of your medical and mental-health providers as needed, and to treat the ceremonial space — virtual or physical — with mutual respect. Denisse reserves the right to decline or end work that isn't a fit, with a fair refund of unused sessions.
